In-person: Cultivating Skilful Habits Through Spiritual Practice with Ajahn Ahimsako

12 September 2026 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

£15.00 – £50.00

EVENT DESCRIPTION

Habits and tendencies can be both skilful and unskilful. The Buddha’s teachings offer us guidance for abandoning unskilful habits and cultivating skilful ones, in particular by (but by no means limited to) using Right Effort and Right Mindfulness found within the Noble Eightfold Path.

During our day together, we will be exploring and developing those teachings. The day is open to all, though some prior practice experience is recommended.
