In-person: In What Can You Trust and Where Does Help Come From with Maura Sills
19 September 2026 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
£15.00 – £50.00EVENT DESCRIPTION
In these turbulent times, when uncertainty and constant change are so present, the teaching of anicca (impermanence) becomes something we can directly feel. It invites us to ask: In what can we trust and where does help come from?
During the day we will explore these questions through meditation, small group practice, dialogue and talks, creating space for deeper inquiry and understanding. The day is open to all levels of experience.
TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES
