Online: The Six Sense Bases – Clarity and Wisdom with Leigh Brasington

EVENT DESCRIPTION

In this weekend course, we will explore a less-taught area of the Dharma: The Six Sense Bases (the five physical senses plus the mind).

The Buddha pointed out how prone we are to attachment and hence dukkha around sense experience, and yet, to live is to be in continual contact with the sense world.

What to do? Clarity and wisdom are needed, so we will explore multiple suttas on the topic of the senses and their objects and see what we can learn.

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. The booking fee is for both days of the workshop.

Supported: £12 – For those unable to afford the standard rate.
