£8.00 – £25.00EVENT OVERVIEW
The Buddha taught about suffering and its end. On this online course we will explore what he had to say about qualities such as joy and wellbeing and their place on the path of freedom. Together we will inquire into these attitudes and the part they play in our practice, both in formal meditation and beyond it.
The course will be an opportunity to cultivate ways of practicing and relating that open us to a variety of wholesome attitudes and qualities. We will become familiar with the unique flavours of each, and the ways in which they can nourish our practice. We will develop their application in our lives, and deepen our understanding of their place in the Buddha’s teachings.
Each session will be held via Zoom on Tuesday evenings, last two hours and include teachings, guided practice and time for Dharma exploration.
