In-person: Awake Where You Are – Embodied awareness and a free-flowing life with Martin Aylward
5 March 2022 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
This event is fully booked. If you wish to go on the waiting list, please enter and submit your details on the following page: https://forms.gle/zNb4cotPwrStdozM7
This in-person retreat day will be held at St. Luke’s Community Centre in London, on Saturday March 5th from 10am to 5pm.
How easily we lose ourselves in abstraction, caught in the dramas and details of our lives, instead of meeting them directly. Trying to make sense of our lives, instead of deeply sensing our experience. Taking themes from Martin’s recently published book, Awake Where You Are, this day of practice and teachings will bring you home to an intimacy with embodied awareness.
Join Martin to explore the play between habitual tensions and relaxed awareness, friction and freeness, formal practice and whole-life integration.

COVID 19 RELATED CONSIDERATIONS FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS
We are delighted to offer in-person events in London again. We are doing all that we can to create a safe and supportive environment for in-person events, whilst being mindful of the ongoing guidance relating to the covid-19 pandemic. At this time, we request that tickets for in-person events are booked in advance. Tickets will not be available on the day at the venue.
We are keeping up to date with the government guidelines. We are also guided by each venue’s Health and Safety measures with regard to capacity, cleaning measures and safety systems. Prior to each event we will send you further information about what to expect on the day.
If it is not possible to hold the event in person due to covid-19 related issues, we will provide a full refund. If you are travelling from outside London to attend an in-person event, we suggest you do not book train tickets or accommodation until closer to the event date (unless your booking is fully refundable).
