EVENT DESCRIPTION

The Buddha encouraged us to regularly turn our attention to the inescapability of Aging, Sickness, Death, Loss and the result of Intentional Action (Karma).

Reflecting wholeheartedly on these essential aspects of human experience clarifies what is truly important, connects us with immediacy,  and opens our capacity for kind hearted and compassionate engagement in our world.

This meditation day will offer an invitation to tenderly open our hearts and minds to the contemplations, and will include time in silence, interactive exercises and sharing. Suitable for anyone with previous meditation experience.

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
