DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION\nThe Buddha encouraged us to regularly turn our attention to the inescapability of Aging\, Sickness\, Death\, Loss and the result of Intentional Action (Karma). \nReflecting wholeheartedly on these essential aspects of human experience clarifies what is truly important\, connects us with immediacy\,  and opens our capacity for kind hearted and compassionate engagement in our world. \nThis meditation day will offer an invitation to tenderly open our hearts and minds to the contemplations\, and will include time in silence\, interactive exercises and sharing. Suitable for anyone with previous meditation experience. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
