EVENT DESCRIPTION

Our lives easily become ones of incessant activity and frequent overload, longing to slow down but compelled to speed up in fulfilling the duties and details of daily life. Stop!

This day of teachings and practice is an invitation to pause, meditate, reflect and share the goodness of practice together; to connect with what matters most to the heart, to  join with others in the fellowship of community, and to explore practices and ways of being which soothe the mind and open the heart, which remind us of depth and beauty, which inspire and refresh us to meet the world more wisely, more tenderly, more freely.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please note that Kaguy Samye Dzong where the event is held, has steps leading up to the building entrance. There is an alternative wheelchair friendly access gate to the centre. If you need to use this entrance, please make us aware ahead of time so that we can ensure you have access on the day. Thank you for your understanding.

BOOKING FEE

Sponsor:  £50  – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Standard:  £35
Supported: £15  – For those unable to afford the standard rate.

Please pay the sponsor rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.
