In-person: Bringing the Practice to Life with Zohar Lavie

EVENT DESCRIPTION

The Buddha’s teachings emphasise the whole of our lives as a rich ground for exploration and growth. Through meditation, we cultivate skills and ways of relating that can be applied beyond formal meditation.

On this day retreat we will explore bringing the practice to different areas and aspects of our lives. We will open to taste how this enlivens and rejuvenates our practice, and how it can nurture wellbeing for others and ourselves. 

The event is suitable to both new and experienced practitioners, and meditation instructions will be provided.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana.

EVENT PRICES

Sponsor:  £35.00  – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Standard:  £25.00  – This covers our costs
Supported: £13.00  – For those unable to afford the standard rate.

Please pay the sponsored rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.

Tickets will not be available on the day at the venue.
