EVENT DESCRIPTION
Seventh Century Zen master Seng-Tsan described a liberated life as one lived “without anxiety about imperfection”. How can we know that genuine ease and freedom in the life we live and amidst the challenges of our times?
Join Martin Aylward to practice and explore together, in a day of meditation, teachings, reflection and sharing, dancing between the personal and the global, the intimate and the infinite, the Dharma and the drama, the endless friction and the fundamental freeness of everything.
The event is suitable to both new and experienced practitioners.
TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES
Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. In Person Sponsor: £35 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
