Noah first encountered Buddhist meditation in 2011, drawn by the Dharma’s invitation to meet life as it is, rather than how we think it should be. He has been practising meditation ever since.

While Noah’s practice is grounded in Insight Meditation, he holds a deep respect for the wisdom found across different cultural, religious, and spiritual traditions, including other Buddhist lineages. He believes that healing and thriving arise through a combination of individual and collective practice, and that qualities of goodwill (metta) are as essential as mindfulness.

In order to deepen his own practice and share his passion for the Dharma with others, Noah undertook the Community Dharma Leader training offered by Gaia House.

Following completion of this training, Noah is authorised by the Gaia House Teacher Council to offer instruction in meditation and guidance in the Dharma teachings, including classes and day‑long retreats within his community.
