Online: Liberating Wisdom for our Times – an Insight Dialogue Retreat Day with Rosalie Dores
3 October 2026 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
£12.00 – £29.00EVENT DESCRIPTION
This online Insight Dialogue (ID) retreat day will offer an opportunity to explore together how the Buddha’s teachings on the three marks of existence; impermanence, suffering and not self can provide resource, resilience and liberation in these times.
Six Insight Dialogue meditation guidelines will support us in bringing kind awareness into the heart of speaking and listening, often in pairs.
Meditation deepens, as we contemplate the Dharma together, allowing experiential insight into the teachings to arise. Meditating together we can recognise and unbind the relational knots that cause suffering.
ID supports the weaving of a vibrant community of Dharma friendship as we collaborate in the awakening process together. Awakening not only for ourselves but for each other, our communities and the wider world. ID is a practice for our times.
Insight Dialogue (ID) is a relational meditation practice that extends the benefits of solitary meditation into our relational lives. It is designed to help us awaken together and integrate our understanding of Dharma teachings in a direct and immediate way.
We meditate together, recognising and unbinding the relational knots that cause suffering in our lives. In ID practice we engage with the Buddha’s teachings experientially, accessing their relevance to our wider lives.
The day is suitable for those with meditation experience, but prior ID practice familiarity is not required.
