A light touch can allow our practice to unfold more easefully, make the depths of our hearts more available and create a greater agility in our relationships with the world.

With our body as the primary ground for our practice we will explore different ways to cultivate this kind of attention, enjoy the fruits of our efforts and attend to what might hinder this natural capacity.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead, our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana.

EVENT PRICES

Thanks to your continuing support for our events, we are continuing to offer a reduced price for our online events and we hope this will be of benefit particularly to people who have been adversely affected by the economic impact of the Covid pandemic.

Standard:  £12  – This covers our costs.
Sponsor:  £15  – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Supported:  £5  – For those unable to afford the standard rate.

Please pay the sponsor rate if you can.

If you are unable to afford the supported rate, please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.

Please note that the Zoom access details are sent the day before the event, or the morning of the event for late bookings.
