EVENT OVERVIEW
This online course is suitable for those completely new to meditation and also those wanting to refresh or deepen their practice. The course is based on Buddhist teachings from the Insight tradition, and is open to people of all beliefs or none.
We will offer some simple but powerful meditation practices. A number of meditations will be taught, including those focussing on the breath, sounds, and the body, giving you a chance to explore which practices work best for you.
There will be brief talks discussing how meditation can help us to flourish in our lives and how to develop the habit of meditating regularly. There will also be an opportunity each week to share your experiences with other participants on the course.
TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES
Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead, our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana.
