EVENT DESCRIPTION

How is it that one person’s trash can be another person’s treasure? Why is meditation delightful for some but torture for others? Why do some see the world as an unfriendly place, but others see it as filled with precious friends and family? If we learn to perceive like a Buddha, the path to deep meditation and Awakening becomes wide open. In this masterclass on perception, you will learn how you can use the Buddha’s profound insights into perception to increase the happiness in your own life.

The retreat is suitable for all levels of experience and will include Dhamma reflections, guided and silent meditations, and an opportunity for Q&A.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana.

Online Stream Sponsor: £20 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Online Stream Standard: £15
Online Stream Supported: £10 – For those unable to afford the standard rate.

In Person Sponsor: £35 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
In Person Standard: £25
In Person Supported: £13 – For those unable to afford the standard rate.

Please pay the sponsored rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds, providing places are available.

Tickets will not be available on the day at the venue. Please also note that online tickets do not give you access to attend in person.
