In-person: Mindful Stroll Through Regent’s Park
16 August 2025 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
FreeEVENT DESCRIPTION
Join us for a peaceful and restorative walk through one of London’s most iconic green spaces – Regent’s Park. This gathering invites anyone with an interest in meditation, Buddhism, or simply slowing down to connect with others on a similar journey.
As we meander through tree-lined paths and vibrant gardens, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in relaxed conversations with fellow practitioners, share insights about your practice, or simply enjoy quiet moments in good company. Whether you’re new to London Insight or a seasoned practitioner of our community, this event is designed to be welcoming and inclusive.
Along the way, we’ll break for some refreshments as well as pause at tranquil spots to take in the beauty of the lake, rose gardens, and open spaces – allowing nature to deepen our awareness and presence.
Comfortable walking shoes, a bottle of water, and a curious spirit are all you’ll need.
THE ROUTE
We will meet outside Great Portland Street station, which will be the starting point. The walk will be just over three miles long through the park, but include refreshment breaks and pauses, and finish back outside the same station.
BOOKING
The event is free to attend, but we ask that you to please book a place so we can email you information closer to the time about the walk and also give us an approximate idea of how many will attend.
