EVENT DESCRIPTION

It is easy to regard our spiritual life as a long uphill climb that we hope will take us from a disturbing ordinary mind and a life of struggle, to a faraway ideal of Awakening. However, the practice of seeing clearly, the wise heart of dharma, invites us to see our mind, our inner face, from a new perspective.

Does it need to be disturbing? Does it need to be ordinary? Is the Buddha mind really somewhere else? Can we welcome and celebrate our Human Nature and our Buddha Nature? How can we develop the discourse between the two in our practice and our daily life? Come and explore this together through meditations, exercises and inquiry.

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
