EVENT OVERVIEW

In these extraordinary times compassion is needed more than ever. It allows us to meet life’s challenges with an open heart. On this day, we’ll explore classical and contemporary approaches to cultivating compassion. We’ll also consider how to respond to difficulties that appear to obscure this beautiful quality.

The day is taking place online and will include talks, guided practices, as well as sitting and walking meditation.

TEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. EVENT PRICES

Thanks to your continuing support for our events, we are continuing to offer a reduction in prices for our online events. We hope this will be of benefit particularly to people who have been adversely affected by the economic impact of the Covid pandemic.

Standard:  £12  – This covers our costs
Sponsor:  £15  – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.
Supported:  £5  – For those unable to afford the standard rate.
