Our Facebook and Twitter accounts are usually maintained by two members of the London Insight team: Anthea and Jamie.  They offer news of London Insight events as well as a deliberately idiosyncratic mix of quotes, opinions and news from the wider insight meditation world and beyond. We’ll be delighted if you visit and leave your comments.

For anything more substantial, we suggest you contact the director, James Blake.  However if you do not wish to do this, you are welcome to contact Clare Brunt, who is chair of the London Insight board of trustees.  This is the body which has ultimate responsibility for London Insight.
