Work. Sex. Money. These supercharged areas are where the rubber of our practice meets the road of our daily lives; areas that the traditional monastic avoids engaging with but with which lay life is constantly confronted. Exactly the areas that this powerful and profound course will explore in depth.
Over a weekend and the four following evenings, we will bring wisdom, clarity and care to each area, with close teacher guidance and group support. the format gives a unique opportunity to really explore these themes while living in the roles and relationships of daily life. Martin has led this powerful course for many hundreds of people now, in cities around the world and online, using a powerful blend of Buddhist meditation and teachings, psychological inquiry, discussion and dialogue.
