DESCRIPTION:EVENT OVERVIEW\nOur sense of being a person is framed by boundaries of custom\, convention and some unhelpful anxieties and hypersensitive psychologies. If we can clear these\, a sense of a healthy\, if relative\, sense of self can be held within the framework of understanding\, integrity and goodwill. \nThis weekend will include chanting\, bodywork\, silent interpersonal practice and plenty of breathing. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead\, our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nBOOKING\nYou may attend the Saturday or both days. However\, Ajahn Sucitto asks that you do not commit to the Sunday session without attending the previous day. Hence\, in the ticket options below you will be able to book for Saturday only\, or for both Saturday and Sunday. \n  \nEVENT PRICES\nStandard for Saturday only:  £20 – This covers our costs.\nSponsor for Saturday only:  £25 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nSupported for Saturday only:  £12 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nStandard for Saturday & Sunday:  £40 – This covers our costs.\nSponsor for Saturday & Sunday:  £50 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nSupported for Saturday & Sunday:  £24 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can. \nIf you are unable to afford the supported rate\, please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds\, providing places are available. \n  \nCOVID 19 RELATED CONSIDERATIONS FOR IN-PERSON EVENTS\nWe are delighted to offer in-person events in London again. We are doing all that we can to create a safe and supportive environment for in-person events\, whilst being mindful of the ongoing guidance relating to the covid-19 pandemic. At this time\, we request that tickets for in-person events are booked in advance. Tickets will not be available on the day at the venue. \nWe are keeping up to date with the government guidelines. We are also guided by each venue’s Health and Safety measures with regard to capacity\, cleaning measures and safety systems. Prior to each event we will send you further information about what to expect on the day. \nIf it is not possible to hold the event in person due to covid-19 related issues\, we will provide a full refund. If you are travelling from outside London to attend an in-person event\, we suggest you do not book train tickets or accommodation until closer to the event date (unless your booking is fully refundable).
