DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION\nWe often hear teachings on the four Brahma Viharas – Love\, Compassion\, Appreciative Joy\, and Equanimity. But what did the Buddha actually say about these four sublime states and how to practice them? \nIn this weekend course\, we will take a close look at several of the 38 suttas that describe all four Brahma Viharas\, plus additional suttas describing some of them individually. Hopefully this will give you a deeper understanding of how to weave these practices into your journey on the spiritual path. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
