DESCRIPTION:This online retreat will be held via zoom.  Please register via the tickets below and you will be sent a zoom link on the evening of Sat 6th March. \nAs the title suggests\, we are always in a mood. From the moment we wake up in the morning until the time we go to bed at night we find ourselves in a mood and we can never not be in a mood. Mood is a form of attunement to our world and colours that world\, so it is important to recognise the mood that we find ourselves in. In the Satipatthana Sutta we find a section on the contemplation of citta\, usually translated as states of mind. In this day we will look at how citta is far more than simply a state of mind\, but the fundamental way that we find ourselves in the world and how recognition of this can change how we inhabit our world. \nThe day will include meditation sessions\, a talk and a question and answer session. \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood.
