DESCRIPTION:This online retreat will be held via zoom.  Please register via the tickets below and you will be sent a zoom link on the evening of Sat 24th April. \nThe Mahasi Sayadaw of Burma\, one of the most influential meditation teachers of the last century\, developed a combination of techniques\, primarily noting and going slow\, to develop the steadiness of attention needed for insight into the impermanence\, unsatisfactoriness and not-self. Such insights lead to the liberation of all suffering. \nA day of practice with Bhante\, chanting the precepts\, periods of sitting and walking meditation and time for questions and answers \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity.
