How can we use the natural mental qualities of clarity and calm to transform the world around us? \nIn this online evening workshop\, Kaira Jewel Lingo will explore how equanimity is the key; especially when allied with the natural qualities of compassion and joy. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
