DESCRIPTION:This online retreat will be held via zoom.  Please register via the tickets below and you will be sent a zoom link on the evening of Sat 26th June. \nThe Buddha’s teachings encompass the full range of human experience. They are an invitation to journey to the heart of life; allowing us to open to the full diversity of our existence\, while also coming closer to all of life.  \nOn this day retreat we will cultivate ways of relating to experience that support presence and wellbeing\, bring insights alive and nourish freedom. \nThe day will include guided and silent sitting practice\, walking meditation\, teachings and time for questions. \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
