Best understood as practices for anyone navigating a life transition\, coping with loss or serious illness or a personal crisis\, the Five Invitations guide us toward appreciating life’s preciousness. \nWeaving together pragmatic tools\, real life stories and ancient wisdom\, Ostaseski will help us discover how an awareness of death can be a valuable companion on the road to living well and forging a rich and meaningful life free of regret. Sharing the distilled\, hard-won lessons synthesised from 30 years of being with dying\, this highly interactive programme is based on relationship-centred\, compassion-focused and mindfulness-based approaches. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
