DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION \nWhat does it mean to be truly free in a complex and uncertain world? \nThis session explores how mindful awareness and compassion help us grow what is good in our lives and communities\, supporting a sense of freedom rooted not in control\, but in presence\, responsiveness\, and care. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nEVENT PRICES \nSponsor: £15 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard:  £12\nSupported: £6 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds\, providing places are available. \nPlease note that Zoom access details are sent via email the day before the event\, or close to the event start for late bookings.
