DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION\nOn this online evening workshop we will explore some practical ways to work with busyness\, stress\, and the challenges of our complex lives. \nThere will be a talk\, meditation practice and an opportunity for questions. The event is suitable for all levels of experience. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nBOOKING FEE\nSponsor: £15 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard:  £12\nSupported: £6 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds\, providing places are available. \nPlease note that access details will be sent via email to booked participant a few days before the event\, or on the day of the event for late bookings.
