What does it mean to inhabit the body fully and why is it important? The embodiment of attitudes and intention and the embodiment of insight. \nThere will be extended periods of teaching during this day\, periods of practice and time for questions and reflections. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
