DESCRIPTION:This online retreat will be held via zoom.  Please register via the tickets below and you will be sent a zoom link on the evening of Friday 30th April. \nNowadays\, we are flooded with sense-input that is more invasive than ever. \nBrowsers track our interests and steer our minds accordingly. Media present information and advertising that directs our inclinations and attitudes. Mental exercise and training is needed to mediate this flood\, locate our weak points and regain authority over our lives. \nThe weekend is dedicated to deep attention\, the Buddha’s filter on input (and output). \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \n\n\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. You will be invited to make a financial contribution to the teacher – click here for more information. \nEVENT PRICES \nStandard: £20.00 – This covers our costs but not the cost of providing supported places\nSponsor: £25.00 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nSupported: £8.00 – For those unable to afford the standard rate \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can. \nIf you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds.
