DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION\nMuch of our stress and suffering is relational\, so it would seem wise to cultivate a practice that includes the relational as a path in and of itself. Might there be a ninth factor on the path towards greater freedom? A path of wise relationship. \nAs with the other factors of the eightfold path\, this calls us deeply into practice\, through the doorway of relationship with others. It manifests in the refuge of sangha. It can be known and cultivated with intention\, care\, and love. It can be freeing. \nTogether we’ll explore the clarity that can be touched in being together and cultivating the shared space of relationship. We will draw on the practice of Insight Dialogue (a relational meditation practice)\, to support us in extending the profound benefits\, greater awareness and capacity for insight experienced in solitary meditation practice into the dynamism of our relational lives. \nThis practice session will include silent practice\, a short talk and relational practice in break out rooms. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
