DESCRIPTION:This online day retreat will be held via zoom.  Please register via the tickets below and you will be sent a zoom link on the evening of Sat 9th January. \nSuvaco will be leading a day of practice which will include guided periods of meditation\, reflections on Dharma and a time to engage with what’s alive in us at this time. \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here to donate to Suvaco.  Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \nEVENT PRICES \nAs at any other retreat or workshop we encourage you to offer Dana to teachers at these events so that they have financial support during this period.  Similarly London Insight is also making a charge for online events to cover our overhead costs so that we will be able to continue to offer a rich and varied programme of live events and workshops once this challenging time is over. \nWe appreciate your support. \nStandard: £20.00 – This covers our costs but not the cost of providing supported places\nSponsor: £25.00 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nSupported: £8.00 – For those unable to afford the standard rate \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can. \nIf you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds. \n
