DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION\nOn this day retreat we will explore the Indriyas (spiritual faculties). We’ll reflect on how to cultivate faith\, energy\, mindfulness\, concentration and wisdom. We’ll consider the distinct contributions of each of these qualities and how they support and balance each other.  \nAs well as talks and periods of practice\, there will be opportunities to ask questions and share reflections on this theme.   \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nEVENT PRICES\nSponsor:  £35.00  – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard:  £25.00  – This covers our costs.\nSupported: £13.00  – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsored rate if you can. \nIf you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds\, providing places are available. \nTickets will not be available on the day at the venue.
