If you wish to go on a waiting list and be contacted if a place becomes available\, please enter your name and email address here. \n  \nEVENT OVERVIEW\nThe four establishments of mindfulness (satipatthana) form a sacred and safe place within which the heart can recharge and heal the various kinds of damage that ignorance does. \nIn the weekend we’ll set up forms for sitting\, standing and walking and themes of replenishment and understanding to support this much-needed work. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead\, our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nBOOKING\nYou may attend the Saturday or both days. However\, Ajahn Sucitto asks that you do not commit to the Sunday session without attending the previous day. Hence\, in the ticket options below you will be able to book for Saturday only\, or for both Saturday and Sunday. Please also note that the retreat is non-residential. \n  \nBOOKING FEE\nSponsor for Saturday only:  £50 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard for Saturday only:  £35\nSupported for Saturday only:  £15 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nSponsor for Saturday & Sunday:  £100 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard for Saturday & Sunday:  £70\nSupported for Saturday & Sunday:  £30 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can.
