DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION\nThe sense of a path opening resonates throughout the Dharma\, where the Buddha is said to have rediscovered an ancient but overgrown way and opened it for us to follow. As we walk this path\, it comes alive\, revealing timeless wisdom and opening us to well-being. \nOn this day\, we’ll cultivate the brahmavihārās – sublime attitudes of a boundless heart – and explore dependent origination\, the principle of how phenomena arise due to specific conditions. As we nurture these boundless qualities\, we’ll discover how they gently transform our experience. \nJoin us for a day of meditation and reflection as we open this path\, deepening our connection with these timeless teachings. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nBOOKING FEE\nSponsor: £50 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard:  £35\nSupported: £15 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds\, providing places are available. \nOnline ticket sales have now closed.
