DESCRIPTION:EVENT OVERVIEW\nLife is passage\, whether this refers to the process of ageing\, or going through life-scenarios\, or progressing in a career\, or committing to a spiritual ‘path’. We are in movement\, and in some sense we *are* the movement of our pulses\, our breathing and our hearts and minds. \nHow does this fit in with the search for stillness? And how can the desire that gets us going arrive at fulfilment\, the freedom from craving? \nOn this non-residential weekend event we will attune to balance through entering and exploring movement of body\, heart and mind via a blend of meditation\, qi gong\, and chanting. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead\, our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nACCESSIBILITY\nPlease note that Colet House where the event is held\, has a staircase leading up to the studio space used. There is a stair lift available\, but no regular lift. There are also a few steps to access the building\, but a ramp can be put out if required. If you have any concerns around walking steps/a staircase\, please contact us before booking so that we are aware of any accessibility needs you may have and can ensure we are able to meet them. However\, Ajahn Sucitto asks that you do not commit to the Sunday session without attending the previous day. Hence\, in the ticket options below you will be able to book for Saturday only\, or for both Saturday and Sunday. Please also note that the retreat is non-residential. \n  \nBOOKING FEE\nSponsor for Saturday only:  £50 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard for Saturday only:  £35\nSupported for Saturday only:  £15 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nSponsor for Saturday & Sunday:  £100 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard for Saturday & Sunday:  £70\nSupported for Saturday & Sunday:  £30 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can.
