DESCRIPTION:EVENT DESCRIPTION\nThe Buddha encouraged us to question what leads to long term wellbeing and happiness. Through practice\, this understanding deepens and broadens. During this day retreat we will cultivate attitudes of goodwill\, curiosity and a boundless heart-mind\, thus nourishing wellbeing for all beings including ourselves. \nThe day is open to all experience levels and will be taught by Zohar Lavie\, assisted by Community Dharma Leaders Noah Nkonge and Samir Manek. It will include silent and guided meditation\, teachings\, meditation instruction and time for discussion. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES\nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nBOOKING FEE\nSponsor: £50 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard:  £35\nSupported: £15 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsor rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds\, providing places are available.
