It’s called sammā vāyāma\, which is part of the 8 Fold Path. It arises through awareness\, embodiment and receptivity— qualities the Buddha described as helping us learn to choose kindness and compassion over hostility and ill-will.  Finding right effort can be tricky; too much effort and we feel depleted\, not enough and we lack the motivation to choose.  \nUsing the Chinese energy-based practices of qigong\, we will explore how we can embody right effort through intention-led movement\, and translate this into deeper meditative awareness.  When we cultivate these qualities\, we can open to a radical way of seeing reality that calms the mind and frees the heart.   \nNo prior qigong or meditation experience is required. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching.
