If you wish to go on a waiting list and be contacted in case a place becomes available\, please click here and enter your details. \n  \nEVENT DESCRIPTION \nThe Buddha’s teachings on Kindness\, Joyfulness\, Compassion and Equanimity offer us a doorway to a relational life infused with these qualities\, where our minds can abide.  They involve the development of insights that liberate the heart from aversion and ill will\, from craving and fear and from reactivity. \nDuring this day we will reflect on these qualities\, their challenges and their benefits and the ways that they transform our hearts\, minds and ways of being in the world.  There will be extended periods of teaching\, formal practice and times for questions and reflection. \n  \nTEACHER SUPPORT AND EVENT PRICES \nEvents at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. Click here for more information on the system of Dana. \n  \nEVENT PRICES \nSponsor: £50 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.\nStandard:  £35\nSupported: £15 – For those unable to afford the standard rate. \nPlease pay the sponsored rate if you can. If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds\, providing places are available. \nTickets will not be available on the day at the venue.
