Human nature, buddha nature: meeting life from the inside out with Martin Aylward
2 February 2019 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Dharma practice develops our capacity to meet life freely, whatever the circumstances. If this freeness is not present in our experience, then friction is its inevitable opposite. This day together will explore both the mental reactivity, emotional drama and physical tension that we habitually create in our lives, and point to the freeness which is available to us in any moment. Together, we will explore our human nature, to uncover our buddha-nature.
