Fundamentals of buddhism – seeing clearly with Jake Dartington
24 February 2018 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
This is one of a series of three workshops exploring the Buddha’s teaching of the eightfold path (the other two workshops take place on 24th March and 21st April). Through dharma talks, meditation and discussion, we will reflect on the first two limbs of the path, wise view and wise intention. We will explore the way that the teachings of the Four Noble Truths and karma open up a way of life based on loving-kindness, compassion and renunciation. The workshop will particularly focus on the practical application of these teachings in our everyday lives and is suitable for beginners as well as those with more experience.
