ONLINE RETREAT: Cultivating a wise and responsive heart with Zohar Lavie

17 May 2020 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

On this online day retreat we will explore how the qualities of friendliness, care, courage, joy and balance create the right conditions for the deepening of wisdom. Through silent, attentive sitting and walking meditation, we can open more fully to the life both around us and inside of us. Through the quality of this connection, we can discover for ourselves how living with a sense of fullness and engagement might be possible.

This online retreat will be an opportunity to practice with others from home.  The day will include meditation instructions, teachings and time for Q&A.  Zohar’s intention is to hold the space for people during the sittings, with guidance for individual indoor walking/movement practice that people can follow during the walking periods.

Events at London Insight are offered in a spirit of generosity. The price you pay goes towards the running of the event but does not include any payment to the teachers for their teaching. Instead our teachers rely on the generosity of participants for their livelihood. You will be invited to make a financial contribution to the teacher – click here for more information.  Please make contributions to Zohar online here.

As at any other retreat or workshop we encourage you to offer Dana to teachers at these events so that they have financial support during this period.  Similarly London Insight is also making a charge for online events to cover our overhead costs so that we will be able to continue to offer a rich and varied programme of live events and workshops once this challenging time is over.

We appreciate your support.

Standard: £20.00 – This covers our costs but not the cost of providing supported places
Sponsor: £25.00 – A voluntary higher rate enabling us to offer supported rate places.

If you are unable to afford the supported rate please let us know. We try to ensure that no one is turned away because of lack of funds.
