Focusing is a meditative process for bringing kindly awareness to aspects of our experience that may otherwise escape attention. Finding and exploring our ‘felt-sense’, we gain access to the implicit wisdom held by our bodies, combined with feelings, spontaneous images, metaphors and dreams. This brings fresh ways forward with inner tangles and life situations. Focusing is a natural skill which–used fully and consciously–allows us to be ever more present with our rich and fascinating experience.
